In
September 1974 "Ilana & Palti" were sent
to Dijon, France, together with the students' dance group
of
the Hebrew University Jerusalem, Israel, to represent Israel at
"Les Fêtes
de la vigne"
(Jeux D'Automne Fêtes Internationales De
La Vigne), an annual international folklore festival, and
won the first prize,
"Le Collier d'Or", among 23 other
countries.

"The Golden Necklace" is the first prize, that Ilana &
Palti won in
